İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi İnşaat Mühendisliği bölümünden mezun olduktan sonra, aynı üniversitede MBA bölümünü tamamladım. Kariyerimdeki ilk 15 yıl boyunca Koç, Doğuş ve Soyak gibi Türkiye'nin önde gelen inşaat firmalarında çalıştım. Hem sahada hem ofiste, birçok projede aktif görev alarak güçlü bir teknik ve yönetimsel deneyim edindim.

2018 yılında, edindiğim tecrübe ve bilgi birikimi ile gayrimenkul sektörüne girdim. İlk yılımda gösterdiğim performans ve yatırımcılarımdan gelen talep üzerine daha butik ve kişiye özel bir hizmet vermek vizyonuyla Referans Maslak markasını kurdum.

Benim için gayrimenkul danışmanlığı, sadece bir alım-satım değil; doğru analiz, stratejik yönlendirme ve güvene dayalı uzun vadeli bir iş ortaklığıdır. Her portföy bir projedir; her yatırımcı ise kıymetli bir yol arkadaşıdır.

After graduating from Istanbul Technical University with a degree in Civil Engineering, I completed my MBA at the same university. I gained strong technical and managerial experience over 15 years working in leading construction companies in Turkey such as Koç, Doğuş, and Soyak. I took active roles in numerous projects, both on-site and in the office.

In 2018, I transitioned this expertise into the real estate sector. Due to my strong performance in the first year and the increasing demand from my clients, I shifted towards a more boutique and personalized service approach. This vision led me to establish the Referans Maslak brand.

For me, real estate consultancy is not just about buying and selling; it's about accurate analysis, strategic guidance, and building long-term partnerships based on trust. Every portfolio is a project, and every client is a valued partner on this journey.
